Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of Sales Agent Connect ("we," "our," or "us") services. By using our referral services, you ("Client" or "You") agree to comply with these terms.

1. Services Provided

Sales Agent Connect offers a property referral service that connects individuals seeking to sell their property ("Clients") with professional real estate agents ("Agents"). We provide introductions to Agents but do not directly engage in the buying, selling, or management of properties.

2. No Obligation to Sell

The referral service provided by Sales Agent Connect is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the sale of any property. The Client is under no obligation to enter into a contract or agreement with any Agent we refer.

3. Client Information

By using our referral service, the Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and current information regarding the property for sale. This may include property location, details, and other information relevant to the sale process.

4. Referral Fee

In some cases, we may receive a referral fee from the Agent or agency for successfully introducing a Client to them. This fee is not paid by the Client and will not affect the sale price or other terms of the Client’s agreement with the Agent.

4. Gift Card Offer

  If the real estate Agent referred by Sales Agent Connect successfully sells the Client’s property, Sales Agent Connect will provide the Client with a $500 gift card. To be eligible for the gift card, the Client must formally appoint the referred Agent within 3 months of the referral date. The gift card is contingent upon the sale of the property and will be delivered within 7 business days from notification of the completed sale. The gift card will be sent to the Client’s provided address, email or mobile number depending on the gift card format.

6. Relationship with Agents

Sales Agent Connect is not a partner, affiliate, or subsidiary of any real estate Agent. We are an independent entity that makes referrals based on the Client’s needs. Sales Agent Connect does not guarantee the actions, performance, or services of any Agent. All arrangements, contracts, and obligations between the Client and Agent are solely between those parties.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Sales Agent Connect is not liable for any disputes, issues, damages, or losses arising from the Client’s relationship with any Agent or agency referred by us. We make no representations or warranties regarding the qualifications, expertise, or performance of any referred Agent.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep any personal information you provide confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide our referral service. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details.

9. Modification of Terms

Sales Agent Connect reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

10. Termination of Services

Sales Agent Connect reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including in the event of violation of these Terms and Conditions.
